Patient Billing

Excellence in Dentistry is our goal.  Our payment options are designed to make excellent dentistry financially manageable.  No one likes financial surprises.  With this in mind, we will discuss fees before we initiate treatment.  We are confident that there will be a payment option that will allow you to receive the treatment you want and need.

Payment for Services Provided

Account is payable at time of service with a Bookkeeping Courtesy of 7% for cash/check or 5% for credit card.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Account is due within 30 days without the Bookkeeping Courtesy.

For our patients 65 and older a Thank You Courtesy of 15% will be given when payment is made at the time of service.

Patients with Dental Insurance

We want to help you get as much benefit from your insurance carrier as possible.  We will electronically submit a claim for you at time of service.  Ultimately, the entire balance is the patient’s (your) responsibility should your insurance carrier fail to issue payment within a reasonable period of time.  

Extended Payment Options

Outside Financing

We work with companies who offer several interest/payment options.  Credit approval can usually be obtained readily through our office.
